The chairman of the board for a publicly traded multi-national electronics company felt his company was not optimizing transportation. He feared his firm was losing competitive advantage in his highly competitive market place. TSL reviewed the situation and helped implement recommendations that dramatically improved cost effectiveness and service levels. The results were measurable and sustainable. A U.S. company had multiple manufacturing operations in S.E. Asia, but suspected their shipping costs were too high. The transportation director called in Transport Solutions.
